In the Mail app, create a new message. In Finder, double-click your mail.stationery file and, when prompted, click ‘Install.’ Switch back to your new Mail message, and you’ll see that a new section has appeared. Click the second tab to input your email signature details, such as your name, email address, phone number, etc. Click the third tab to stylize your signature. Create Custom Email Signature In Mac Mail
